This guarantee policy allows you to get your initial payment back via a 100% creddit for your purchase (excluding shipping and handling) towards the purchase of other nutraceutical dietary supplement products.

For example, if you made a $100 purchase (excluding shipping/handling) your creddit will amount to $100. No refunds or exchanges are provided for DVDs, VHS tapes or free trial offers. These items are excluded from this policy. All bottles that are not opened will be accepted for exchanges only. Unopened bottles returned thirty days from the original purchase date are not covered under this policy. Any bulk, wholesale or discounted products sold at a special one time rate are excluded from this guarantee. Your credit must be applied to any of our other nutraceutical, dietary supplements, that are non-prescription. This guarantee offer supersedes any other offers for a refund. To be eligible for the 30 Day Multi-Bottle Guarantee you must:

1. Make a written request via email for your credit within 30 days from the date of your order.
2. Obtain a return authorization code and ship back within 30 days from the date of your order all bottles and products shipped to you in sale-able and sealed unopened condition within its original packaging.
3. You must purchase a multi-bottle offer(s) with a minimum purchase price of $74.88 + shipping/handling to be eligible for this offer. Single bottle orders are excluded.
4. Include your order number, full name and contact information including phone number.
5. You must be a first time customer of any of our sites and you must have purchased our product(s) directly via metabospeed.com.

A restocking fee will be the difference between the price of a item that is under the recurrent billing plan and a price of a single bottle order. The restocking fee shall be applied for any returned products with the above guidelines, and deducted from the credit provided. The restocking fee shall also be applied if the recurrent plan is cancelled before the second order was been shipped out.

As per United State Federal Law, we cannot refund or exchange any open bottles or packages.

Please note: Any opened bottles that are returned to us will be discarded immediately.

Once the order process has begun, there may be a cancellation fee charged due to fees incurred from the credit card merchant account, product warehouse, shipping courier and/or distribution center. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us before placing your order.

We will never refund the cost of a product if the customer refuses a package upon delivery. Please note: There is a $15.00 fee for any order cancelled prior to shipment from our distribution center.

No cancellations will be accepted after order has been shipped out.
